Interesting that one of the most experienced and respected e-journals, Silicon.com, raises some questions about this slip up.Click here
The matter may not, therefore, be as straight forward as many e-comm lawyers have suggested. A consumer focused investigation which also looks at the fact that Argos are reported to have harvested 10,000 valuable up to date email addresses of online shoppers out of this error might well be useful.
