Getting CCJ's satisfied???? Pease Help?

:confused:I hope someone can help me, I am desperatley trying to clear my debts, I have finally managed to clear my credit card (1 doem 5 to go!) and I am aware that the CCJ will stay on my record for 6 years, but I have been told that I have to apply to have a 'Satisfied' mark put against it otherwise it still shows as outstanding on my credit record. is this right? and if so how do I go about applying for this?
I have googled this but all the infomation is too much to take out, is there anyone that knows about this?
Thanks a lot!
