I do have to go out, for a meeting, this afternoon, but should manage without the need to spend anything, although we may go for our budgetted weekly 'shop' afterwards.
We did do our 'budgeted' weekly shop - ASDA £41.60 (budgeted £45.00). It is amazing how much prices are rising - this week's shop included yeast and flour as we will be baking our own bread from now on.
Lots of reduced vegetables, including fresh chilli peppers at 2p. :T
And, wait for it - no chocolate this week. :rotfl: :rotfl:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.

I've had a NSD although it's been hard work today as I've just received bad news see this thread http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=10469341#post10469341

Nothing. Was doing some examining today for which I got paid about £50 over and above my usual wage. RESULT!Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0

Hey Bagpuss sorry to hear that- I'm sure it's not all wasted though surely?
Spending wise I hope to spend zlich. Might send OH out to buy a few bits for less than £10. This week has been hopless though.
Mon: £40 on taxi both ways to and from chiropractor and chiropractor
Tues: £4.50 ish on lunch out
Wed: £35 chiropractor, went out for lunch using the free £5 off an slug and lettuce but spent about £12 in all as we decided to use it as my birthday meal so great value but not exactly cheap but OH paid
Thurs: £3.30 on lunch, £500 house deposit -OH paid but I am paying the rest of the deposit of £1000 ish pounds but should get old deposit back so not too bad and then a Wetherspoons for about £16 - OH paid as well.
This has been an exceptionally bad week for us as we are moving flat soon, I am starting a new job on Monday, am suffering a lot with my bad back and wanted to celebrate my birthday. I think May and June will be a lot more restrained - well they had better be.Making my money go further with MSE :j

Spent £2 on food at work, plus a £2 coin into the pot...... but it could have been worse - I was SOOOO tempted to buy a Wii Fit...... again not too bad, as only £60 at work..... But I would have had to buy the Wii conssole to go with it, and thats £180 I cannot afford
