Final salary scheme refund

Hi I was with a company for 21 months which had a final salary scheme when I left I was told that I had accrued no benefits as I had been there less than 24 months. I have recently read that I may be entitled to a refund of the contributions. The scheme was entirely employer-funded I did not contribute to the scheme. I would appreciate if anyone knows whether or not I am entitled to a refund. Many thanks

The normal rules are that you would be entitled to a refund of your own contributions only. As you did not make any it looks like there will be no refund due.0

Could there be a Transfer Value available?0

I very much doubt it.
In most cases I would think that a non-contributory pension scheme such as this would state very clearly in the T&C that it wouldn't 'vest' until 24 months.'In nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are Consequences.'0
