Photo's on website

Can someone tell me what I have done wrong?
Uploaded a couple of photo's onto my website last night and when i viewed the webpage again, there is now only one photo displayed in the gallery.
I have copied and pasted the html from the gallery page....have I missed something out? THere should be about 16 photo's showing.

Any reason why you use ShockWave to display your pictures?
If I wanted a quick gallery, I'd run XnView, select the pics, and from the menu, select "Create->Web page".

I didn't set up the website, just trying to upload some photo's.
Any other suggestions what might have happened, would be greatly appreciated.
