Help ref remortgaging paperwork

Hi, I am in the middle of re-mortgaging to first direct and I have been sent all the legal documentation. Can anybody translate the following condition into plain english...
You, and if there is more than one of you, each of you, apply to the H M Chief Land registrar to enter the following restriction against the title mentioned above;
"No disposition if the registered estate by the proprietor of the registered estate is to be registered without a written consent signed by the proprietor for the time being of the charge dated.....................
in favour of HSBC Bank plc refered to in the Charges register"

That would cost £150 if it came form a Solicitor :rolleyes: :rotfl:I am a Mortgage Consultant and don't like to be told what I can and can't put in a signature so long as it's legal and truthful.0
