Sorry Jinky, problem at elderly grandparents house. Problem with a ceiling fixing in their sitting room (lucky it didn't come down on top of them). They were for calling someone out from the yellow pages (could just see some workie spotting oap's and rubbing his hands with glee), but a few hours hard graft and a trip to the hardware store and it was sorted.
