Personally, i would be over the moon if my lenses only cost £39, mine were £265 + frames:oTheoretically there is a perfect possibility of happiness: believing in the indestructible element in oneself and not striving towards it0

Hi, I get my specs from specsavers and a couple of years ago enquired about reglazing a frame and it was £39 then!! I've always found them to be about the cheapest on the high street but do know you can get them cheaper on the net. But you've always got the safety of going into your nearest shop if your not happy with them but you dont have that luxary on the net. I personally wouldn't take the risk with my specs but it is a considerable saving. Hope there ok.0

Recieved my glasses back yesterday... =D i can see clearly through them and the lenses are sitting in the frame properly excellent ! i guess for 10pound that was alright0

Thanks for that link blaggerdan.
I need new specs and was quoted £45 just to have lenses put into my perfectly decent frames.
I am gonna get a cheap pair of specs from elsewhere on line for about £15-£25 for the complete set....frame, lenses and glazing.....they will be a spare pair but the frames I am using at the moment I really like and there is nothing wrong with them, seemed a shame to relegate them to the back of a draw somewhere, now I don't have to
Thanks again:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -

Shelly,
I work at Fashion Specs Direct (just declaring my interest!) and they can supply fully glazed glasses direct to you at home or work for £9.95 (there's a free postage code in the voucher section of MSE. Or just PM me for it.).
Also, they can reglaze your existing frame for you. Have a look here .
Hope this is of some help to you.0 -
That sounds like a fantastic deal, you might wanna check out www.wantglasses.co.uk i found this website they were really quick, was obviously abit weary of ordering online but so far so good and being a student it was so much cheaper and easier than going to a shop !0
