Buy to Let

Currently have property on Buy to Let Mortgages, what are the best deals around?

Comments

  • I have just applied for Birmingham Midshires Lifetime tracker, 0.39% above the BOE base rate for the life of the loan. fees are very high 1.5% + Valuation and legals, and early repayment charges are 5% during the first 3 years, but on the basis that it should always be competitive against other offerings on the market I can forget about it and not have to change every two or three years.

The other product I was looking at was Lloyds TSB (C&G) which had fixed of about 4.8% for 2,3 or 5 years with only legal fees to pay, though I think that you might need to be a current account holder to get either the fee free deal or rate, cannot quite remember but it is all on their website
