Moulinex Home Bread maker question

Hi everyone
After reading about the success of bread making on here, I want to try making some roll/pizza dough in my breadmaker. The problem is I have lost the instruction manual and don't know which programme setting to use.
Would anyone have one of these who could post which setting to use? (I have already tried the Moulinex website but cannot download the manual for my model!!!)
