Is it too late?

Hi all,

I hads a c/c with Natwest which i was struggling to make the repayments on last year. After burying my head in the sand for ages it was eventually passed on to a DCA (outstanding balance was £6400). They offered to settle the debt for £5000 but as i didn't have that kind of money at the time i agreed to pay £50 per month which i did without fail. In February this year the debt was passed on to Moorcroft DCA (i didn't find out about this until i phoned to make my monthly payment!) and they offered to settle the account for £4700 which i paid on 11th March.

I didn't realise until reading this forum that if the DCA cannot provide the CCA it may not be enforceable. Is this right and if so would i be within my rights to contact Moorcroft and ask them to provide this? I have still not received a letter confirming my account has been settled despite phoning 4 times!!

Many thanks
