Cashback maximiser tool

Have found the maximiser tool, but not sure if I understand how it is used. for example, Post Office Life insce, when you use the maximiser, it says no cashback for this retailer on Quidco. but on going into Quidco, they give you £65 cashback with Quidco and the post office give £100 cashback from themselves. Did this exercise on a couple of retailers to find the same thing... Am I missing something? can anyone put me right? thanks
