After this week’s victory in the Courts for victims of bank charges we are covering the subject in next week’s It Pays To Watch show.
We are looking for people who have already claimed back bank charges – the higher the better – via Martin’s website to come to the show and talk about it.
We’re also after people who have been hit with charges but haven’t yet reclaimed them.
Please email justin.harper@moneysavingproductions.com or call Justin on 0207 603 7771
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hello again, I have been watching, reading everything on here and the other sites, followed the case in January etc. Can you please tell me what I need to do if anything about my case which was stayed in Cardiff ( one of the 600) and after appearing in court to have the stay removed, was refused.
I have plenty of time on my hands now because I am laid up with a broken leg, so should I be writing to anyone maybe the Barclays solicitor who was about to settle in July ( I ) , would that get me anywhere?0 -
Have a read of this page from the FSA...
