Defaults after Bankruptcy

Hi all,
I just need a bit of info/advice about default accounts after bankruptcy...
I went bankrupt alot of years ago, can't quite remember when and I'm at work at the moment so can't check, but it was probably around 4-5 years ago.
My question is about one of my accounts that is in the default state, every month they (HBOS) update the Payment History code with another "D" for defaulted... I had alot of accounts that were defaulted and this is the only one that has done this, so I have 11 status's of 3+ on my file because of this account (i'm checking this through CallCredit by the way)
I'm sure this should not be happening, I entered into a payment scheme with my Official Receivers for about 2 years.
I am unsure where to go from here, should I be contacting the bank in question about this or should I be contacting the Official Receivers as they were the ones that contacted all the banks when I first went bankrupt
All the other accounts that went into the defaulted status have either dropped off my credit report or simply have no further updates on them...
Any help/advice would be greatfully appreciated.

Hi Gary, there is a sticky on the front page of the BR fourm that tells you how to clean up your credit report. Have a look there and see if its any help.
