I Am Trying To Ascertain Wht Holiday Pay I Would Be Entitled To Upon Leaving My Job. I Have Worked Ther For 4 Years. I Believe I Did Not Take Any Paid Holidays The First Year.

Holidays are normally acrued through the working year on a pro rata bass. the year can begin at anytime, though January is the norm. You cannot transfer last years holiday and take money, unfortuantely if you did not take it prior to March 31, it has gone! In your new job, make sure you take your holiday.0

I think you'll find most employers do not carry holiday over from year to year so if you havn't used it you've lost it unfortunately.
If thats the case all you'll be due is any unused holiday you have accrued from this year worked out pro-rata up to the date you leave.
I think alot of companies run holiday entitlement from april-april so you may find you dont have much atall (if not a negative amount if youve already taken a holiday this year.
All you can do is ask at your company.0
