Where is the cheapest place to get printer cartridges

I need some new printer cartridges for my canon ip 3000. Can anyone tell me the cheapest place to buy new or is it better to get them refilled.
The ones in at the moment are the original.

Haven't checked out the prices on your particular cartridges, but I like cartridgemonkey.com.

They have really good prices on reconditioned cartridges, which they guarantee to be as good or better than the originals. Plus if you send them an old cartridge, (ask for a pre-paid bag), you get a voucher code to spend on your next order sent to you by email. I got £1.50 for my old HP cartridge when it had been refilled so many times it gave up the ghost. P&P is free, and quick delivery too.

AND they respond promptly to emails, which is always a good sign in my book.

Thanks, but I've checked, and cartridgemonkey are definitely cheaper - for my cartridges, anyway.
