it might be that they havent completed the form yet - ie it hasnt been posted officially yet? or maybe its like this weeks pick me up one that is also faulty - but also not yet online properly

There's only 18 in the mag,
plus a special comp to win a holiday (on page 59) but it's a postcard entry only
