Accepted 'Final Settlements' Can I get the rest?

Hi,
I've just heard that the OFT has won the case against the banks.
I accepted partial payouts from both the banks I was claiming back from as 'Final Settlements'.
Can I claim the rest of the money back or have I blown it?

Thanks for the advise everyone. I'm not too disappoined as I managed to get about 80% back - it's better than a kick in the teeth!!!
