Hi all,

I had a look at the ipod mini on DEALTIME.CO.UK

( Apple iPod mini Pink Second Gen. (4 GB - M9804LL/A) MP3 Player )

The cheapest price is about £135. Does anyone know if I can get one cheaper than this.

Doubtful. How much is shipping?

The UK Apple Store (http://www.apple.com/uk/thestore) sells them for £139 with free shipping and free engraving... £135 is not that good a deal when they're only 4 quid more from Apple. You may be able to get a voucher for the Apple Store from the Vouchers board which would bring the price down more?

Wait until Thurday night or Friday Morning. There's a rumour that new minis are going to be released. These may have colour screens and could use flash memory instead of a hard drive. If this is true then the current models will probably go down in price.

If you know someone who works at a supermarket see if they can get one with staff discount. I know Asda sell them for £140-ish - with 10% off that is £125

Wait until Boots have a triple points day. With extra codes you should be able to get it for about £100 (the rest being in Boots points)
