I was thinking about buying a lapto from usa (cheaper in currency) so does anyone know how much customs i'd have to pay.

17,5% VAT + import duty? Or?
Try and find somebody to declare it as a gift and mark down the value on the customs form. You'd be running the risk of losing money if it went missing though due to the lower declaration value.. Make sure the shipping is insured.
When I went to NYC I brought back a laptop. Just didn't declare it. Easy peasy.0
