i wouldnt accept less than 100% of the charges back. any decision reached can only be applied tp future charges, not past. If that was the case i could see people asking for refunds on speeding fines when the liimit was raised. (not that i want to give people ideas.)No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.
