Feeling Very Low - Worrying Letters From Lloyds

Hi, All I Ever Seem To Go On About Is Lloyds On This Site, The Last Month Has Not Been A Good One. I Had A Letter Stating Removal Of Overdraft, Then A Letter Saying Payments Had Gone Out (no Transactions Have Gone Through, So I Am Assuming Interest Charges), Then A Grey Sechiari Clark And Mitchell Solicitors Letter Threatening Default. Cccs Have Been Informed Of All Of This.

Then Yesterday A Default Letter On My Loan Account, Giving Me Till 7th May To Pay Arrears As I Have Not Been Meeting My Contractual Payments, Court Action Etc., Stated Within The Letter. Then Today A Letter Saying They Are Charging Me £15 A Month For Unplanned Overdraft And £20.00 A Day (for Up To 10 Days), But Can Do This Every Day If They So Choose And Interest On Top, So The £800.00 + That I Had Paid Off On My Overdraft Account Over The Last 15 Months Has Gone Right Out Of The Window. Also It Looks Like Loan Account Has Never Frozen Interest So This Amount Has Increased A Lot Too.

Upside Though, Only One Phone Call, They Wanted Me To Refinance And I Refused, He Said That It Would Probably Go To Recoveries Where They Would Accept Payment! Then I Get These Worrying Letters. How Do They Operate?

Feel Really Low At The Mo, Is This A Standard Procedure?

Any Answers Greatly Appreciated.

Dealingwithit (but Not Very Well At The Moment)!

  • No wonder you are feeling low:o
I'm sorry I don't have any advice, but I think what they are doing is terrible, it must be devastating to have paid all that off & for them to be just adding chrges all over the place, hopefully someone will be able to advise you, I just wanted to say I feel for you:grouphug: ( not in that way though:p ) take care
