Storing flours

I was so excited about getting my new breadmaker at the weekend (and influenced by the threads on rising food prices ) That I went out and bought about 15 bags of various types of flour

I don't really have the freezer space to freeze them unless I do them a bag or 2 at a time, but do have an empty fridge - half of a fridge-freezer in the garage. Could I just store the flour in there? Would that kill off any eggs?
At the moment the bags are split between my cupboard and a large plastic - not airtight - container. Which brings me on to another question - where is the best place to buy airtight containers? I don't care if they are glass or plastic.some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it

After having to chuck out loads of flour i'd stockpiled due to weevils, i keep all my flour in the freezer and just take some out when i need it.
It doesn't seem to have hampered it in any way.0
