Morning all.
Today is the day after the night before....
Decided with OH last night to split-amically as we are both unhappy and dont' feel we want to make it work anymore (I know I am sounding callous about this but I am just trying to hold my emotions together)

We both said that if we didnt have kids, we wouldnt be together.
So, just have to hold it all together, get on with things and figure out the next step-any advice greatly received...

It's raining here.

On a good note-I lost 5lbs last night...

Only advice I can give is: Eat properly.

Big big hugs Bunny. You don't sound callous at all, and if you did, well it would probably be appropriate, so don't worry about how you "sound" on here!

As Z said, make sure you look after yourself - emotion is a very draining thing, so you need to stay well xx

Bunny, Just read your post and am in major rush as will be late for work..AGAIN! But just wanted to say I am thinking of you. Try and be strong and be focused. Will try and pop back on when I get to work, but well done on the weight loss this week and try and keep your chin up.

hugs to you bunny, the only advice I have is don't try to deal with everything at once. Give it all a bit of time and let things work themselves out, just carry on as usual, keep searching for a job you would like to do, stuff that will make you happy. Will you stay in the UK do you think or move back to Canada? I know you miss home which is why I ask.

I wouldn't move back to Canada because of the kids-I couldn't uproot them like that and take them away from OH.

I do miss it but now maybe my family will take pity on me and pay for me to visit... lol

As hard as it is splitting you have done the right thing and as time goes by you will realise this. There is no point just staying together for the sake of staying together.

Let the dust settle, deal with how sad you are, all the things on your mind and then think about the future and your own happpiness.

Great news on your 1st weeks weight loss, just make sure you keep eating sensibly over the next couple of days (difficult I know when things are carp!)
