i think the sun newspaper is offering camping in france under their 15 pound a head holiday scheme? Its only five days / 4 nights usually but its an idea.
The tokens started on sat but am sure you could still catch up.

don't forget quidco too. If you get your annual insurances (ie car, home) through them then you can earn a few hundred pounds. Add that to the £40 a month you're going to save on your overdraft and that's next year's holiday paid for.
I too struggle with getting OH on board with money saving (although he's become a bit of a stoozing fanatic now). I think the key is to be reasonable and compromise (secret to a happy family life in general I guess) So if I were you, I would go for the holiday this year - enjoy it - but agree that over the next year you will both try not to waste money on little things so that you can save up and enjoy a good holiday (or even two!) each year.weaving through the chaos...0 -
