in Cutting tax
I'm new to this forum. My initial challenge to my council tax banding has been rejected by VOA.I've found out that I can access the archives of my local newspaper and research the property pages for 1991. Do I need evidence of this nature to go through an independent valuation tribunal?? Also how do I set the wheels in motion for tribunal proceedings? Can anyone advise me?
