Debt Remedy

We're slowly getting there gathering together all the info on our financial position as there were still a few things we'd forgotten on the last SOA.

Today I rang the CCCS Debt Remedy line, but our figures are so complicated it upset their computer, so we've now got a telephone interview booked. It feels better that we've got things moving, although I'm petrified how we're going to sort out this mess.

M has remembered he has 50 Banco Santander shares, although he has no idea what they're worth and we're both rubbish at understanding the financial pages in the newspaper  The share certificate has been mislaid for over 7 years, but is somewhere in the house :o

I'm having more bad days with my medical condition and have been in a lot of pain again and I know it's not helped by the stress. How do you all cope?

We had no idea it would be that much, which will go a long way towards some of the debt :j. However, besides the sale fees, we may need to pay for a copy share certificate if we can't locate the original.

The complications are that some of the debt is his, some mine, and some joint.
