Default Notice Query

Ok, so I'm in a fair bit of debt.
Aged 20, and have around £6.5k of debt.
I've got Nationwide Debt Recovery harrassing me by phone, seem to have been sorted now, after firm words from my partner.
My main query is a debt I have with Barclaycard (Barclays Bank plc).
The Default Notice I have received from Mercers Debt Collections Ltd, it basically looks like a letter.
It has there address in the top right corner, but no address for Barclays. As far as I'm aware, a default notice should have the Creditors details on it, the person who I have the Credit Agreement with, this is not the case on this letter, it has absolutely no details for Barclaycard (Barclays Bank plc).
Can anyone advise whether I am correct or not?

Thanks for the info, but it doesn't really answer my question, is this Default Notice valid, without the main details being the Creditor, whom I entered into the agreement with.0
