Nobody has an specific stats on companies. There is a count of whether the complaint has a 3rd party involved, but no one is counting the outcome on individual firms.

So if you were to ask, how many complaints were upheld that for example, Claim 2 Gain were involved in, the FOS would not be able to tell you.

Hopefully, once we have more statistics, we can have league tables to help complainants who to use.
