    Hi Cider- regarding the Judgement- you can ask for a redetermination of the judgement if its too high. I believe this is free of charge in the first 2 weeks after the judgement and you can just write a letter to the court- CCCS can send you a template letter to help.
    Or, if it was more than 2 weeks ago you can send form N245 with a £35 fee.
    Ring the CCCS/National Debtline regarding how to get the CCJ looked at again. I was told its quite common for CCJs to be set higher than you can afford- but very simple to get them varied.

    Let me just say a BIG BIG THANKYOU to all the kind people that have responded to my post .

    UPDATE
    Have responded to the court with a Redetermination as advised and am just waiting for the dreaded envelope to pop through the letterbox !! This will determine the next or final hurdle in the financial drama im experiencing.
    I cannot express my thanks for all the support and advice that is given on this site by so many good people.
    There is nothin more to say at the moment but i will post any and all updates on here as and when they arrive. Take care everybody.
