Claiming bank charges back has anyone

Has anyone a standard letter link for sending to banks to re claim bank charges, I think its time to claim ..............

This should help.... although you should've put a claim in as soon as possible, anytime waiting is a day lost as the claims can only go back 6 years.I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
Have to admit, I have yet to claim back mine:o although I have claimed my CC charges back.
Im not too worried about losing charges from my bank account - it was a student / graduate account until 2002 (september) so i didnt incur any charges.
Will be sending my letter off tomorrow though!No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

i sent a letter a month or so ago, had no luck though as it is in court at the moment or something so they just fobbed me off with a letter ~ must remind myself what that said and what i can do next!
Thats how i got on here though i used martins template letters and then started browsing and ended up here. Best thing that could have happened me thinks:jProud to be Dealing with my Debts

Martin was in court today by the sounds of it, heard him on Radio 4 News at 6 talking must have been there for the decsion
