Deeds of Postponement

Hi

Does anybody know about deeds of postponements? Tried to get further advance from mortgage provider - willing to give me funds - but Nemo Personal finance will not postpone. Does anybody know of way round this?

    Nothing you can do unless you can perhaps raise enough on the mortgage to clear Nemo. If Nemo wont' agree the DOP you're out of luck as they have the second charge on the home.
