Hi all
Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere. I have a CCJ running for the past 3 years. No missed or late payments. I have heard the company could take me back to court to get this figure increased as I have increased the payment to CCCS who I have an arrangement with for my other creditors. Does anyone know if they can take me back to court. My income has not increased, its just my outgoings have fallen. Thanks for any advice
