I am an A&L Premier Plus Account Holder and I plan to take out a new mortgage with A&L (i already have a A&L mortgage) so from what I read above I should receive £250, but when I spoke to the operator re mortgage they said no?
A new A&L product is not the same as a new A&L mortgage

I am currently with the Halifax for my mortgage but I am moving to the A&L at the end of september to re-mortgage to a better rate.
I am an existing A&L Premier Account holder and am getting the £250 cashback.
