    The repayment part has the scheduled end date 'built in' as you are paying interest plus capital. The interest only part has no set capital repayment schedule apart from the end date. Does overpaying the mortgage part with the highest interest rate make sense ? This assumes that there are no penalties for overpayment ie. exceeding a certain limit. If the rates are the same then attack the capital behind the interest only part with overpayments.
