:mad: i am so angry with wilkinson swords. i brought one of ther shavers which came with a suction thing to hold the razor on the wall but it was faulty, i was bathing my son and it fell off before i knew it he grabbed it and had cut his finger. so i rang to make a complaint, i expalined what had happened as said i was not happy as the suction broke off and they agreed it was a fault with the product. anyway so they said they would right to me regarding my son cutting his finger.
got a letter with a new razor and suction thing and a letter telling me how to use it properly, :mad: its made me really angry as i was using it properly in the first place and they admitted it was faulty, they never even said sorry.
