Hello everyone
I applied for a loan last week but got turned down, then applied for another and again got turned down  Rubbish I know...
Anyway - I am determined to get the next I apply for, as I know too many more searches will do my credit right in.
I live with my parents, but also own a flat, which I rent out (long story). When I have applied in the past I do not say I am a homeowner. Should I say I am?? The address Im applying for the loan under(my parents pad) is not my flat address(i.e. the property I own)
If I say im living with my parents, my outgoings are considerably less. But If I say I am a homeowner, will this make my application much stronger?
All help always appreciated....

Don't mortgages show up on your credit report? (ie: the loan company will see you have a mortgage when they search you) I think they do but not 100% sureKavanne

Neither Experian or Equifax show it, and Im going to use a loan company that uses Equifax, as my score is better in Equifax.....Don't mortgages show up on your credit report? (ie: the loan company will see you have a mortgage when they search you) I think they do but not 100% sure0
