Best capped rate?

Hi - I think that after reading up on mortgages etc. we are going to go for a capped mortgage now, as at least then if the rate does drop we will benefit from that but not so if it goes up over our base rate - I am trying to look around for a good capped rate and aren't really finding much. Can anyone help - ideally it would be for either 80k or 100k if we go ahead with our extension and on a good number of years fixed capped rate. Also interest only as that way we can easily afford it and put money into a savings account and then top it up when I go back to work etc. when children start school and we got a bit more money.
Thanks in advance, Claire and Andy
