expiery of fixed term mortgage.

hi my mortgage comes to the end of its fixed term in just under two years. i know its probably only speculation but what does anyone rekon the rates will be????? im curently paying 5.4% on 70k tied in in november 07. so come on guys and gals lets start a pool. the lucky gesser gets to pay my first months mortgage premium!!!! only joking
