Recurring income on cashback sites.

Hello. Newbie, here.

A number of cashback sites say that you can make recurring income from (usually) price comparison sites by clicking through and then doing a search. Each comparison site limits to one or two per day. But each the cashback sites all tend to show the same ones (such as Kelkoo). Yes, I know it can be fiddly and "is it worth it?" But my question is:

Does anyone know whether this limits me across all the cashback sites to just, say, 1 per day; or whether it limits me for each cashback site to 1 per day?

For example, if bloggs.com says "1 per day", and I use easymoney.com and freemoney.com cashback sites (no, not real names!); am I limited to 1 per day using either easymoney or freemoney but not both or am I limited to 2 per day using 1 from easymoney and 1 from freemoney?

I'm quite happy to do the fiddly thing and make a few pence per day extra that adds up, but not if I could get kicked off and lose cashback on real purchases or referrals.

I hope that makes sense.
kind regards,
cishanjia.

as far as i am aware the limits relate to that particular cashback site. A closer looka at the site T&C's should confirm this.

  • Hello, Yes Pixie is right. The caschback site have there own restrictions but they are only on there own websites.

I'm currently running a little operation to see how much I can make from all the websites that I know of to see how much I can get from just the daily clicks. Looking good so far but its a bit boring doing it every day for not that much money. But hey its money for nothing.

I would like to ask a question to everyone else though. How much can we actually make from this.

    Cheers

How much money can you make just off daily clicks or from the whole cashback experience?

Daily clicks then you're looking at *rough estimate* 40-60p per day depending on howmany sites you are signed up to.

I registered with MyShoppingRewards at the end of last year and have had 1 cheque for £30 so far, with another £30 coming in the May payment run and £70 in the June payment run, I also have £30 coming from Quidco, minus a £5 admin fee.

Basically it depends on how many purchases you make and how much cashback is available for a higher value than the purchase, which I have managed a few times. Ones to look out for are the betting ones, I got £25 cashback from BetFair for signing up with £10 deposit, then a £25 free bet
once I had bet £25 (which I did as i won my 'deposited' bet) and I then one that too! Extra bonus!

Hope this helps in any way and I'm not just rambling!
  • No, Thankyou very much.

I have been making over a quid a day just by doing the daily clicks but just wanted to know if anyone is doing any better.

Gambling is off for me, the wife wont go for that idea.

    Cheers

I'd like to "second" that question too (and thanks to all for replying to my initial post and extending the thread). Does anyone want to share any tips they may have!!?

i cant get my head around this...... when you click the link, and do your search, is your account suposed to be immediatly updated to add the extra credits or does it take a little while to show? because i have done it and im frightened i am doing it wrong, and i dont want to waste my time if im not doing it right.

A few of the clicks are updated instantly on a couple of the sites, but the majority of sites either update the following day or weekly.
Your clicks will first show as pending and then normally the majority of sites confirm these clicks between 60-90 days.

If you can stick with it a couple of months you will start receiving the rewards and continue, but many people give up.

I've been doing this now for over 2 years, but purely rely on it all as a bonus and normally save for Xmas and holidays .

If you are using a few cashback sites and performing the same clicks then you need to clear cookies or download CCleaner.

    Hope that helps
