Help please - HSBC address for F&F letter?

Hi all,

I've just been given a sum of money to pay off my debts (circa £35k), but am offering around 40-50% of each debt as a F&F settlement figure.

However, I don't have any letters / statements from HSBC for my debts. I've received a solicitors letter, but need to send the F&F to HSBC, both for my current account (personal loan I had) and HSBC visa.

Do I send it to their main Head Office? Canada Square?

Any tips or ideas gratefully received.

My old HSBC credit card statements always had at least one payment/contact address on the back.

I won't quote it because it may not be valid any more.

If in doubt, ask HSBC which address is best.
