I have some in freezer and will be making an Orange bakewell tart with it but need to use the rest. Any ideas?
Have searched the Recipe collection but can't find anything

Hi faye,
Any sweet dessert that is pastry based should be fine. Of the top of my head I can think of:
fruit pie (any fruit you have)
apple tart
treacle tart
lemon meringe pie
tart tatin
base for banoffie or mississippi mud pie
individual jam tarts
cream puffs
There must be lots more and I'm sure someone will come along soon with more suggestions.
