I dont know about the availability but what I think is one should consider the fact that prices are dropping, inflation is rising and a global economic crisis is under way. I think that anyone asking the initial question you did should think again in light of those facts.2 + 2 = 4

I know this was removed from the n.i site as it could be answered better elsewhere but this is a national board and maybe the questionnaire wanted a local reply i.e lifetime mortages in n.i in his title. the question about new york could of been posted elsewhere and answered better is their any guidelines for this sort of anomoly(think thats how you spell it)By the way think the board is great:T0
