Gordon Browns Meeting With The Banks

Hi Everyone.

The Term for my current mortgage is due to end at the end of April (I know i have left it a bit late!)

Should i hold on and see what happens when Gordon Brown meets with the banks.

The best deal i can find is the following

Repayment
Rate 5.77%
Fixed Rate
Borrowing £93500
Total cost per month: £586
Arrangement Fee: £499
Valuation Fees & Legal Fees Refunded.

Sound like a good deal?

Best regards
Paul

i am going through a re-mortgage and raising funds to buy out ex partner. i spoke to a financial mortgage advisor and she said wait for 10-14 days as the new better deals may well come out after the government golden loans.

i have a wee bit of grace till 23 may before my 5 yr fixed ends.
