i have been to see CAB about my debts today mostly catalogues and two visa cards ...which paying out nearly as much as i get a month
and they have advised me to cancel direct debits and send a token payment of £5 till they write to all my creditors for final balances etc and then work out / come to some agreement with them about suitable payments for each of them which will probably take a few months
...to go back in 4 weeks to CAB financial advisor
had a look on websites but cant really find anything suitable
some of the payments are to be made by 28/4
anyone point me in the right direction as what to write so i can get them posted off
thanks in advance

What about this?
Link: Sample letters | Ask your creditors to accept a token payment or no payments on your debts
You would need to amend it for the time period to accept the token payments for and the amount.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
