I ordered one on the 28th July it never came and after various excuses like ring PO, due to demand out of stock etc. I got my credits back. I now have two vouchers on order one a week ago and another yesterday, we will see if they come.
There's a long threda in freebies forum about Pigsback it might be better to ask there.
Spounds like you will have to contcate Pigsback and ask for another one. Hope you get sorted
