I presently have a fixed rate mortgage with the Halifax at 5.49% which ends
31/10/08 - Have been offered a 10 year fixed rate at 5.54% by Co-op.
Seeing the rates are likely to be on the up, thinking of taking up the offer.
Does anybody know of any better deals or have any suggestions?
