Nationwide are taking hubby to court for ccj/co at the ending of May.Why has hubby just received a voicemail,to say contact Nationwide urgently? what's the point, they have never agreed with the DMP.We have no money for F&F, any ideas what they want.

at a guess, if nationwide are one of your creditors on your DMP then they are prolly just trying to more cash from you, best to ignore it

if they go to court the judge would side with you anywho so tell em to bring it on :money:No Unapproved or Personal links in signatures please - FT30 -
Many thanks for replying. We thought all this time that they would'nt agree to the DMP, and now they get intouch with the court case looming.Hubby has said he's not scared of going to court , but for them to phone to want him to talk to him when they had'nt been bothered before is a joke!.
