75/25 mortgage

Hi my daughter needs a bit of advice they are 1st time buyers and the builder has offered them 75% & 25% plus 5% deposit the 25% is interest free paid over 10 yrs or if you sell paid at the current value. Is this a good scheme or not any info will be most appreciated.

this is all about the detail !
is this new build ? is the flat/house worth what the builder is trying to sell
to your daughter ?
what kind of a deal is she getting ,fixed for 2 years, tracker, offset etc
can they afford the mortgage payments !
Is the property somewhere they are going to stay for the next 5/10 years.
there is so much information which you have not given.
If they are buying this as a home and want to live there for the next few
years and can afford the mortgage and all the bills then check the terms and
conditions of the contract carefully with a solictor. check out mortgages with
high street lenders to compare rates and consider fixed deals so the mortgage wont overstretch them. GOOD LUCK
