The current state of play.... came home as forgot to lift bank card before i ran out to work last night ...went looking for bank card hubby... away with it...so unable to purchase the things i need before the visitors arrive..decided that's ok i can get it when i finish work tonight (job no2) so thought well i better get on with doing this housework i have been avoiding for so long ..so went down stairs cleaned the toilet dusted tidyed up shoved things in cupboards and shut door quickly (this is how i will find out if they have been snooping ...i'll hear a loud crashing sound followed by a oh merde ...this is the plan nothing to do with being lazy and not bothered to sort things out)...leaving me just the hoovering to do ....now i bought this hoover a few years ago very cheaply from asda thinking well we only have carpet down stairs and we basically live upstairs so ill just get a wee cheapy no pont in spending hundreds of pounds if you dont have to ...false economy people ..the thing has never worked since we got it ..well it does work it's just you would have more luck picking up the dirt blind folded spun round three times and given chopsticks to use..any today my hoover joins the rest of the hoovers in the sky ...it died ...so we have a down stairs that BADLY needs hoovered ..no money to go buy the things needed and i am tired so i give up and i'm going to sleep for a few hours ....

hey i'll use anything as an excuse i certainly aint proud ....


well i crashed and burned just woken up was only planning on sleeping for 2 hours just enough to get me by ...but to be honest i think i could do with staying in bed right now was just reading previous message boy was my spelling bad lol ...

thanks hypno ...well i had an eventful night ...went to work and slipped on an egg then slipped on a skate board went the full length of myself got up sat down then passed out ..the added bonus being i had three hunky paramedics looking after me ...and i get the day off work tomorrow ....

Do you think it was because you were overtired? I do stuff like that when i am tired.
But well done on the paramedics, at least that would brighten up your night.You can have a lie in tomorrow.

OMG :eek: are you ok, hun?? I expect you will feel rather bruised this morning and over the next few days. Take it VERY easy over the weekend and make sure you recover properly.
